Shady Notes is built to be driven from the keyboard. Every action below can be
remapped in Preferences → Shortcuts, and any of them can be disabled
outright if it clashes with something else you use.

Three shortcuts work from any app, not just inside the editor. All three are
set in Preferences → Shortcuts.

- ⌘W is Close / Collapse, not “quit”. It closes the current tab,
or collapses the shade when only one tab is open.
- ⌃E toggles raw Markdown; ⌘E toggles read-only.
They are easy to confuse — raw mode changes how the text is drawn,
read-only changes whether you can type.
- ⌥⇥ and ⌥⇧⇥ move between workspaces, while
⌃⇥ and ⌃⇧⇥ move between tabs inside one workspace.
- The three Navigator shortcuts only apply inside the Navigator window.
